Realistics objectives

I started training two days ago. I'm 5'9" and 135lbs.
What you think are realistic objectives for me in 3 months?

Well, what is your routine? And I hope you are aiming to put on a pound of week by eating like an asshole.

Oh, and no one can tell you where you will be 3 months from now. I'd suggest eating, eating, and eating. Then sleep, wake up and lift, then eat more.

IF you train everyday and get really good at the basic lifts, read as much as possible and get some proper coaching, you could make a fair bit of progress. Take a month to train every single day with the bar and/or very light weights, then when all the supporting elements are ready build a routine and diet.

Have to say I agree. You have to learn how to squat, deadlift, & press correctly before you can add weight to the bar. After that, take a look at some beginner programs such as the 3x5, or purchase Starting Strength (a book) and design your own program around COMPOUND lifts.

If you think doing leg press, Leg ext, curlzzz, pec dek, and cable flies will bulk you up, you are sadly mistaken.

Learn how to EAT. Seeing as you weigh 135lbs....pretty much tripple your current diet. Don't worry about protein/carbs/fat ratios, just eat more. Nobody gained an ounce of muscle eating like an anorexic school girl.
