Realistically How Much Ala Should I Take When ...

I am only eating about 60 grams of carbs a day. I have heard lots of good things about ALA and want to use it during cutting. How much should I take each day and when?

all depends when you take the carbs in. Whenever you eat carbs, throw in 600-900 mg of ALA with it. Since your intake is very low, just take in 600 mg along with carbs.
