I have been taking some win that i got from a friend even though he says it is real i have my doubts. The bottle does not look legit and i have been taking it for about 5 weeks and can't notice a difference. Since i am new to this are there any signs that will let me know that it is real or not as far as the way my body is responding.

Winny by itself is not a good cycle though.


I am trying to cut weight, I have no prob putting on muscle but cant seem to get lean. I am 31yrs 6'2" and 250lbs I have 15% bf. I have trained my entire adult life. I admitt my nutrition is not 100% and cardio in not great. I really want some clen but dont know how to get it. Any suggestions from you on what i should take to get lean, I have started trying to eat more often and i have started interval training in my cardio routine. thanks man

Real winny will hurt and leave the muscle you injected really sore for a day or two. If your not sore your just injecting water into your muscles.

what are your stats, is it oral or inject? how much are you taking?
what is your diet? do you feel any discomfort in your joints?

i inject 50 to 75 daily. My shoulders and knees have been hurting. My diet is ok but not great and my cardio is not where it should be, I am just trying to lose some body fat without running my butt off. I am 31yrs old 6'2" and 250lbs with 15%bf. I guess i can tell i have gained a little strength(i dont keep a training log). I have gained bout 10lbs since starting the win 5 weeks ago but i thought i would lose weight ( like i said this is all new even though i have trained for about 11 years). Oh yea my waist size is still the same.

Did your shoulders and knees start hurting since you've been running the winny.
Winny is commonly associated w/ joint pain.
You need to add some test in there to make it a real cycle.
But it sounds like you should do a little more research first before diving into this.

try some HIIT for cardio, only 30 minutes is all you need, 5 warm up/20 HIIT/ 5 cooldown. you're in and out before you can watch a tv show. i can kill bout 400-450 calories on a good day.
 
what is hiit?
