Never seen this lab. As for the mystery "chunk", it's the backside of the label being distorted through the vial wall.

if you look closely it is the label on the other side of the vial being distorted. I know - I had to do a doubled take myself.
The pic is from their website - looks like a company from somewhere in Europe - only contact by email...right...
