Ready to step it up, need help?

I am 29, 5-8, 175 lbs. 5 previous cycles over 5yrs havn't produced the results I want. I am looking to get to 190-195. I have this figured for next cycle. Please critique.

Wk 1-12 Prop 100mg eod
Wk 6-10 Sus 250mg Mon, Thurs
Wk 1-? D-bol 50mg ed
Wk 7-12 Win 50mg eod

Need help with the AE's also.

why would you run sust for only 4 weeks? that makes no sense.
run the sust the full 12 weeks. and if your using dbol you can go with or with out the prop, cuz sust has prop in it.but if you still wana use the prop (which is a common practice with sust) either run it the first 4 weeks in conjunction woth the dbol, or weeks 6-10 in place of the original sust plan. run the dbol at 40 mg ED the first 4 weeks. and the winstrol is fine with week 7-12.
i know it sucks pinning ED, but youll get alot better results pinning the winy ED

Wk 6-10 Sus 250mg Mon, Thurs i am not sure y u added this here but i would drop it.
Wk 1-? Dianabol - methandrostenolone - 50mg ed run it for 4 weeks.
Wk 7-12 Win 50mg eod needs 2 be ED my friend

Need help with the AE's also. do u mean SERM's or AI's? if AI make sure u have something like adex on hand. i would only run it if u r prone to gyno or if u start getting symptoms.

I added the sus because i didn't think there was enuf test and I wanted a longer ester. Yeah I thought so on the win ed but ed sux. Guess it's no pain no gain. yes I have a small problem with gyno but not too bad the arimidex should be fine. As far as my diet you nailed it. I do have a diet problem. Not that I don't try. I just can't seem to find a diet that fits. I haven't done enuf research on that yet to bother you with that aspect I don't think. I have put on about 25 lbs of lean muscle in those 5yrs.

if u need help with the diet post up and we will do our best.

shitty diet = shitty gains (even on gear.....as u have experienced 1st hand)

i like to think in dollars and cents about how much i spent and how much i would be wasting if i dont stick to my diet. helps to keep me on point sometimes.
