I am starting my first cycle soon and wanted to post it and see if anyone had suggestions. I am 6'2 230 19%bf I have been working out for 3 years and lifting for 10 months. I workout 2 hours a day 5 days a week not counting 3-4 1/2 hour spots on the treadmill.

weeks 1-6 400mg a week eq
weeks 3-6 50mg a day winstrol

I wanted to go mild to start with since fat loss is still my focus, but I have a big frame and need more muscle.

I also have 6 ampules of test prop but not sure I want to use it yet and not sure how many mc/ml it is yet. My goal is to be around 240 at 10-12%bf
 
I would run the Test Prop at 100 - 150mg EoD with the cycle. Being your first cycle, it might be good idea to just run the Test Prop alone or maybe with the EQ and wait until a later cycle to run the other stuff. You should see a nice increase in mass with just that if your diet and everything is good. You could also go with Test E at 500mg a week if you did not want to stick yourself as much.

What ever you do, just make sure you have your PCT well planned out.
