Changing my routine to start on Mondays as of today. As it is Mondays are the worst under regular conditions, can't imagine the attrocities I will face today. Just have to ride it out for about a month before 98% of them give up.

The gym Sorearms and I go to has two levels. The real men & women lift downstairs with the free weights...arrghh arrggh ARRGGHHH. The NY Resolutioners will be upstairs doing the machine circuit and the abductor/adductor superset.
