on monday I noticed soreness in my nipple, tuesday I took a novladex, and wednesday I noticed a lump behind my nipple. So I went to the doctor. She said it could be from stomach medicine but I am not taking any and in women they get lumps from sodium or caffine, they get them because of thier estrogen or something. But it has to be a buildup from the as. I took sust(250) with the deca(300) last monday this monday I took another sust(250), that's it so far. Looks like I am going to have to stop cycle to see if it goes away. It is a lump smaller than a dime and it is sore to the touch. I am going to see a surgeon next monday. I will let you know how that goes. Check your nipples and chest area for lumps. It could be from cycles too close together or using the same kind one after another. later

got this on thursday from a friend. I have known this guy for 15years and did AS, on and off, with him for 10 of thoughs years.
What do ya think? I told him probably progesterone from deca but he only did 300mg....wtf!
This is freaky! I was going to do the same cycle at the same time but shoulder injury made me delay a few weeks. should I resume my plan for the cycle?

I hope everything turns out ok with your friend, but his eMail should reinforce the idea of sound stacking strategy. I've been flamed here for advising the use of Winny EVERYTIME you use Deca, but I will stand by my thoughts on how to properly stack AS.

Everyone should consider using Arimidex (Liquidex, underground, whatever) or Proviron with Androgen cycles, and ALWAYS stack Deca with Winny. I am troubled by how many 1st timers are considering Deca-only stacks, and more troubled by vets suggesting that to them. Not everyone is going to get gyno from Deca or Androgens, and some wont even get Deca Dick, but I hate hearing about even 1 guy getting gyno when it SO FUCKING EASY TO PREVENT.

This is an excellent cycle, in fact if you kicked it off with a few weeks of Dbol, this is considered by many as the Ultimate Mass Stack.

When using Deca & Anadrol,(and some would even say Tren), Winny is your only defense against progestronic activity (unless you have access to RU486). What's nice about Winny is, it compliments each of those anabolically as well as help block the effects of progesterone. The downside of Winny, Deca, & Anadrol is that they can get a little expensive, which is why alot of top Vets here suggest Test/EQ/Dbol with an aromatase inhibitor. The formula for preventing gynecomastia (as a result of AS usage) is very simple and should be used as a rule IMO. As different forms and cheaper prices of anastrazole (Arimidex) come to market and with the new & less expensive Winny products becoming available (IP, Ttokkyo, paper, powder, ect) there should no longer be excuses for informed AS users to get gyno.
