Reactivate Elite email?

Bros-I've got a problem...it appears that my Elite email account has been deactivated...no idea why. When I try to sign in it says I can reactivate, but the link takes me to the premium signup form and they want $20. WTF! How do I get my account opened back up...I really need to get to some saved messages I have in there.

Will I still have my saved emails? It's worth the $20 to get to those damn emails...bastards...what a scam!

So I sucked it up and paid the $30 for the "premium" account so I could get back into my damn email to get some important information. It's been so damn long I can't remember my password...which shouldn't be a big problem except that the damn "forgot your password" link doesn't work. Can someone try that link from the log in page and see if they get a error message about an xml file? And the Bastards haven't replied to my customer support emails either...Fuckers!
