Who's judging the "gains" exactly? And what are the criteria? Is there someone doing standardized bmi's out there daily? Is it just personal thoughts from looking in the mirror?
I'm saying everyone's different, you might have the same exact gains as someone else, but not notice em as quick. I personally don't see shit until I'm up 10lbs, and down 10% bf. Whereas someone new can't stop staring at themselves when they gain their first lb.
