Re-sizing photos

Is there any software that you can download to do this? I'm trying to get a photo down to 100 by 100 pixels.

paintshop pro is free or at least pretty usuable shareware.

or go to http://www.download.com and search for an image editor. I know they have a bunch but I say once you go Photoshop you can't go back.

I don't use ifran for re-sizing much but I do a little. Main because the pictures get blurry when you resize them show you then have to sharpen them for them to look right. But I will say Ifranview is an awesome image viewer.
