What's so great about him?

Oprah never looked like a fit person to me. She went from a whale to nearly average size, but she still has pork chop arms.

She launched him because she's Oprah. He doesn't know any more than anyone else he just lucked out by making the right contact. She helped him publish his books, videos, etc. If he didn't have her he'd be some standard PT in any gym.

Brad Pitt's personal trainer makes $1000 an hour for working with him and puts him through a standard weight workout. Nothing special. Again, he just lucked out by getting a celebrity client and having the right contact.
