re-activate email account

So I go to check my email today, its been atleast two weeks since last time I checked on elite. I get a message telling me that my account is deactivated due to inactivity....

SO then it takes me a page where I'm supposed to be able to activate it, but the catch is its $30.00!!! Now its no big deal that I can't use elite as my source of email, but I had all of sources saved on the account... Now that leaves me with no one to contact for my next cycle. Can anyone help???
