Raw MCC question

Can this be taken with just water and work ok or should you mix it in something else? I used it before with good results but was mixing it in with another creatine mix and wasn't really wanting to screw around with the other stuff. Guess ill find out if no one knows.

LOL, I have no problems sleeping!

However, doesn't sound like a bad idea and will probably try this.
