raw bodybuilders

I have currently started to follow the raw diet. You feel awesome mentally. Anybody know of any female raw bodybuilders...I can find info on men but no women...Thanks :heart:
 
HMm for men I would find it hard to do because we need a certain amount of fats, and protein to produce test, and without cooking some foods this would make you very skinny I would imagine. I love meat, could never go raw, I mean sushi is good but I need some Beef, and some chicken
 
NCMIL-yes it would make you skinny at first ....but then you can pump back up after you go through major detox....so i've read.....i am a female so i am looking to get that really thin look first ...and be able to see my muscles...i have trained very hard and have been on every type of diet out there and NEVER reached my goal....i have always had a layer of fat that i couldn't get rid of....so i decided to give this a try and see what it does...i hope i dont lose my muscle though....Also by eating raw supposedly you get enough protein from the raw foods...also including raw nuts and seeds...and for fat, oils and advocados....i dont eat read meat but i love chicken and i hate the fact that i cant have my protein shakes anymore...but we'll see :rolleyes:
 
The "good quality" protein sources are very limited with this diet unfortunately
