How important is it to have the exact ratio's per day? Like a 40/30/30. lets say u need to have 250 grams of carbs and 300 grams of protein a day <bulking) could u just try to shoot for those and maybe go over? Just as long as you get what u basically need? just wonderin why people advocate exact ratio's every day. i know its math and what not, but i am wondering if gains or losses if cutting, with certain ratio formulas equate to more loss of fat or muscle gains because of the combinations of each macronutrient, or does it not matter so much as long as you have a hylpocaloric or hlpercaloric intake? how much does it help?
