Rate my physique. How am I doing?

I have not yet begun to defile myself. I want to have my best body ever by age 50. I think I need to lean up a little and I want to add mass to my upper traps ahttp://img156.imageshack.us/my.php?image=shorts6ap.jpgnd neck, which are already what I get most compliments on.

You can host it from your gallery if you want. Just copy the image properties and wrap them with tags.
 
look solid, would look more if shaved and tanned, but thats part of the illusion, you can afford to lose a little bf and still be big....good work!

Thanks brother. I work every single muscle and years ago I set out to dev elop my traps, neck and upper back because I loved the way the boxer Evander Holyfield looked and I wanted to look more like that.

Thanks asshole :) I'm lean enough. When I go out, women still grope me and tell me what an amazing physique I have. I don't want to compete in a bodybuilding contest. Now get back to being funny.

lord knows i don't have the right to do that...

but if you want to really be impressive, you need to keep at least somewhat lean. i'm not talking 5-6%, but how about 10%?

a few women (real life or here) may tell you that you look perfect, or god knows what...but that does not cut it. not considering your stated goal in the 1st post.

Looking strong. looking solid. You really should take a couple more: standing and some better light would be good, and a back shot would be helpful. Not too bad for bb standards but way better than the average joe. I could get shredded no problem, but I'm not willing to lose the size that it would take to get shredded.
