Rapid weigh gain

Greetings I am a newbee to anabolics steroids (and steroids in general) I was looking for one for someone who eats and losses 3 pounds (high metabolism) I weigh 152 LB and i want to get to at least 180 of muscle or more can you give me a hand as to what is better and least side effects thx.
 
how old are you? how long have you been training consistantly? how many days a week do you train? how many meals a day do you eat and what do they usually consist of?

Im 22 I eat about 4 to 5 meals a dayand it consist of potatoes , pasta beef chicken pork. no soda some coffee
 
Workout Schedule

I work out 3 days a week for 2 hours so im a newbee teh problem is that i have reached the max that my muscles can lift they are really hard and i heard that is usually bad but what do i know. I was considering sustantol bu i dunno i bout it yet help me out
 
28lbs extra muscle is possible but very hard to gain and hold. Besides you'll never gain such muscle weight rapidly even with steroids. You may gain something very fast but it won't be all muscle, mostly water with the strongest cycles. So first you should start eating like a pig and workout wisely (2-3 times a week, no cardio, never more than ONE HOUR) Start putting some weight w/out roids and then consider some light cyles.
 
first before even thinking about taking anything do a search on whatever drug such as sustanon that you think you may use. This is explained how to do in the sticky at the top of the page. There are a lot of things that happen to your body both possitive and negative when taking these type of drugs. There are other drugs you will need to prevent side affects. Do a search on arimedex (which you might not be able to afford), nolvadex, clomid, hcg. Know what your putting into your body first. Second you might need to add some protein shakes to your diet as a supplement to your meals, not as a replacement. You need to know that this takes time you arent going to just put on 30 lbs of quality muscle in one cycle.The pros have been lifting for 15-20 years and have been juicing for much of that time. All im saying is know what you are getting your self into. much of the time one cycle turns into much longer. good luck.
 
Rapiud weigh gain

I been working out for a little over a year and im pretty tone but i cant seem to add pounds i even tried doing high weigh low reps and no avail. i only do about 25 minutes of cardion the rest is lifting
 
I am definatly oblivious to alot of things i can do naturally with my body and I figure you fellas can help a guy that wants to gain a few pounds im hoping at least 20 pounds for summer time (6 months) I have never been heavy set in my lifeso i want to bulk a little up . anyways some pointers would help
 
try this

goal: 180lbs

calories per lb: 18

180 X 18 = 3240 calories per day

Start eating and you will gain weight - it's that simple

Only two natural words for the type of weight gain you want. Squats and food. Heavy, low rep sets 1-2x's week and lots of meat and potatoes kinda stuff. Save your virgin receptors from prohormones (and your wallet) and if you really want to juice, read one of the 'underground' AS/AAS books. :fro:
 
I have a bud who would always complain about not gaining any weight - he would say "I eat everything around nothing works" - all types of statements along these lines.

I did a calorie breakdown for his daily food consumption and wallah - He was eating about 2200 calories a day and doing shitloads of cardio.

Once confronted - his secret goals came out - they we're and are "I want to keep my six-pack" and "I want to keep my 29" waist".

He still wont eat but at least I hear no more of this "I want gain weight but I cant bullcrap" from him.

Definitely try increasing calories until you start gaining weight. I think 1 pound a week is a reasonable goal. If you're a hard gainer, you may have to limit yourself to almost no cardio until you get closer to the weight you desire. Stay away from the weight gainers and stick to protein (meal replacement type) supplements to get extra calories. Creatine certainly won't hurt the mixture. I think I gained 10 pounds rather quickly the first time I used it and it wasn't all water. Save the juice idea for a later date ... it sounds like you still have some potential for legal weight gain.
 
Bro you got some solid advice here. Your diet is going to determine weight gain. Steroids aren't magical pills. You've only been working out a year, you aren't even remotely close to - "reached the max that my muscles can lift". That having been said, as was previously mentioned, buy a steroid book learn what things do, and decide for yourself what you'd like to take. And then post your ideas.
 
Here is my 2 cents I have a wicked high metbolism and have been traing for 3 years I started a 135 lbs. and now weigh 183 to 187 all naturally give yourself some more time to let your body adjust to the new muscles and the weight will be easier to keep I am just now going to start my first cycle after three years and fifty lbs. Just be patient train properly and eat eat eat. I t wil come I know. I did it.

its just simple bro, your impatient and lookin for a quick fix. You say you were working out a year and reached your potential? BLAH! You can hit 28lbs, within 2 years naturally. Your a rookie and in short this is what i would tell a rookie.

GRAZE LIKE A COW, DONT EAT LIKE A PIG - eat every 2-3 hours, ex. 3 solid meals and 3 shakes. You can workout all you like if your body is depleted of nutrients, you will burn out and all for nothing. I rather miss a workout than a meal.

USE COMPOUND MOVEMENTS - this is where no one can argue this point, if someone does they are liars or out right fools. Use SQUATS, benches, chinups, dips, military presses, DEADLIFTS and bent over rows. Every day i see ectomorphs (skinny) guys doing 20 sets of pec decks and cable cross overs to SHAPE their chests, get real! If your lookin for mass you dont need to do anything else besides whats outlined above.

DRINK WATER - if you tired, you need water, your dehydrated. If your thirsty its already too late. DRINK WATER.

SLEEP - so overlooked and underappreciated, when your tired you take a nap to recover like recharging a battery. Remember you grow OUTSIDE the gym, not inside. When you sleep thats where damaged muscle (from working out) repairs itself. So more rest yields faster results.
