I eat oatmeal 3-4 times a day and I add cinamon and splenda to it to make it taste better. It tastes about 100x times better when I add a handful of raisins to it. Is this too evil? I just finished my cutting cycle and am extremely weary of anything that will make me fat while I'm bulking. Raisins are high G.I.. although I don't think its tooo bad if its in oatmeal. .. .Thoughts?
