Raising test levels

Sorry guys if this is the wrong forum but it seemed most appropiate.

Considering that the body when someone is stressed can produce cortisol which in turn can mimic and multiply estrogen levels basically uncapped I was wondering if the body can do the same with test?

As far as I know it does it already to a certain level/extent but is there an emotion, perhaps the opposite of the one that produces cortisol that can do it basically as much as you want.

Im no scientist so please dont jump down my throat

Proper diet and natural supplementation along with HEAVY (for you) low rep full body exercises like the deadlift and squat will cause increases in test and GH. Cortisol is a tricky hormone because its essential for proper functioning and growth however its when its too high or too low that it wreaks havoc.

Speaking of deadlift and squat, in all my years going to the globo gym I can probably count on both hands the number of people I saw actually deadlift or do full backsquats. These lifts are so powerful and do so much for you I have never understood why they are never used.

cortisol doesn't directly lead to higher estrogen production. it can increase GH production though and thyroid hormones as far as I know but it's very catabolic as well

Actually exposure to sunlight increases testosterone - probably a result of warmer weather being "mating season." But there's no emotion, other than maybe horniness, where they'd be a need for an increase in T.

Yes, heavy training will do so over time, and deep sleep will improve the effects.

Take zinc 50 mg a day. It will increase your testorone levels and also act as a aromatase inhibitor. You will feel like a teenager again in 2-3 of consistent use days.
