true that. first ticket ever was 90 in a 55 with illegal lane usage. i was 16 and i got clocked by a light plane. they track your movement with the white reflectors. the cops were waiting for me ahead. my boy had to bail me out of jail, no seat belt no license 90 in 55 though i was doing a good 120. luckily the license was at home and my attorney's ate it like a sundae cone

yeah you have to know how to "use" them
I've recieved 2 tickets at 100mph+ in the past year
both were after midnight in rural stretches of interstate
I had no traffic ahead of me to pick up an instant on "bounce"
the valentine 1 usually will pick up an instant on clock on a vehicle almost a mile ahead of me
so you need some traffic to feel safer
