This type of whining will continue until whites are in minority....and then no one will give a shit when whites start whining about the same thing happening to them, because we have a "history". Oh well, I'm sure all this will be fixed when we interracially breed enough to be all one race.

In my experience most kids are obnoxious regardless of race lol.
I caught the last bit of the story on the news. Those poor kids looked awfully upset that they couldn't go swimming.
Places like public swimming pools and roller rinks and chucky cheeses (and post offices) are supposed to be full of loud and obnoxious kids.

The swim club is, afterall, a private club and there still exists a constitutional right to assembly. This swim club, therefore, has every right to allow or disallow any person or group permission to use their facilities. And what criteria they use to make this distinction is no ones business but their own.

You have every right who to rent your room, apt to. Same as every right who to sell your caqr too. So why don't the owner(s) of this club have the right to accept whoever they want, without explanation needed?
I have a band, i'm not going to be forced to take in a mexican guitarist just because 'some law says so'. Their club, they can do whatever they want. Do blaques really want to be in a club they're not wanted???

Its a private club.. I dont like that they did it.. its fucked up BUT Id hate it more if we tried telling anyone what to do with their private property.
I never understood this about minorities, or really anyone else. If you arent wanted somewhere thats a private run business without any taxpayer funding whatsoever, why would you want to go through the hassle of whining or taking legal action? In this case I think the blaques have been whining and taking legal action when its not necessary for so long that their first instinct is to whine/go to media/sue, instead of stepping back and thinking "why do I even want to have anything to do with this place if they dont want me here?". In the time and money it takes to go to the media or sue, they could have found a new place of whatever it is they got rejected from in the first place.
