4 reel dog...I'm trying to down, at the mimum, 946ml every hour, not including the liquid in my shakes.....in a day that like 14,190ml, with shakes probably 17,690ml....almost 4 gallons of water a day......what does that equal?....many trips to the restroom......my kidneys would probably rather me camp out in the restroom and bring a hose in....

Shag I feel you pain. When I was on a cutting diet up until a month ago I was drinking HUGE amounts of water.

Shit I couldn't go for long car trips as i would have to go. Gym was like 15-20 minutes from work and damn did I have to go by the time I got there each day. It got to be quite the hassle.

He reported to camp in unbelievable shape 232lb 7% BF and was clock at 4.46

He has changed his number to 37 and has refocused on his carreer

If hes healthy, I look for 1600-1800yds
