R these nutrient ratios ok ?

so that would be
1136 protein calories
816 carb calories
612 fat calories

so 2760 / 1336 / 816 / 612
49% 30% 23%

Yes that adds up to 102% but its prob estimating error...So
how do those %'s look 2760total 49/30/23
 
5'10 205...I want to add muscle with the least amoun of fst I can. Though Ill be running these numbers if they look ok and see what the scale says...
 
Im at 220 and 6'2 and im around 3200 kcal a day. Im not putting on much fat but it seems im gaining size.
 
Looks like a pretty solid plan. If you are very active, you'll probably find that the cals are a bit low. Like you said, just watch the scale and adjust as needed.
 
the K stands for Kilo..So its Kilocalories. Just an ancient way of writing it i guess.

As to what is the ideal. Well i Used to think 30% protein, 30% fat and 40% karbohydrates was ideal for bulking. But i found I put on to much fat with that ratio. So ive gone down on the carbs and upped the protein. And it works much better for me. And when i diet down, i just started with removing 15% of the calories from the carbs. Added cardio, removed another 10-15% from the carbs. More cardio. And if i werent where i wanted. Id go down even more on the carbs, but add some more protein. It seems what works for me changes every year. Its not an exact science, but it works.
 
Ideal fats should be in what range ??

I keep my fats between 20-30% all the time. Im sure if one is getting into contest shape, the fat might be dropped a little more.
 
Sounds good. I like the diet Im running now but I'm about to add some ANPB, milk, cottage cheese, if the scale says I need to. Which would change my numbers but one day at a time....
