I would care to know , who amongst us has seen a noticeable decrease in bodyfat by the addition of R-ALA (or just regular ol' ALA) to their diet alone without any other changes implemented?
As well ,has anyone, using a blood glucometer, assesed by how many units/dl their blood glucose drops with the addition of (R) ALA to a meal that is relatively common place in their diet? What amount can be estimated based on the serving size recommended by the manufacturer ?
