Anyone use when they bulk as well as cut??????? Just curious if it's wasteful or not....

I'm not taking Glucorell, but another r-ala product. I don't notice anything. Apparently, r-ala is a good anti-oxidant, so I guess it's not totally useless to me.

you have stumbled on the very reason for your lack of response.. glucorellr is the only properly and independently tested PURE R+ alpha lipoic. so basicallly with other r-ala.. you have no idea what you are getting.. could be racemic, could be r heavy.. who knows (probably not even the company that sold it to you)

ok....so sum this up for me/us.....when are the exact times one should take gluc.? and how much.......

i take gluc r-ala and love it! great product and i use it for all occasions. In fact, it's a staple in me and my wife's regimen.

you should take:
1 pill for every 30-50g of carbs w/biotin

if you were to take regular ala it would be more.

while it has not been directly tested that material is the one from which the most negative reports have come... it is in all likelyhood R heavy -at best.. it may even be racemate.
