although this may not be helpful for some as i cannot prove what i'm about to say as i have only my experience and my judgement to back it up, however, i feel very strongly that r-ALA is doing something dramatic to offset the side effects of dbol. i think it's accomplishing this by means of the positive effects r-ALA has on the liver, exactly where dbol is causing problems. again, i have nothing to back this except how i feel when take dbol without r-ala (like shit) and with r-ALA (great) so please don't drill me for proof, i'm warning you up front i don't have ANY. but i'll tell you this, i ran this both ways 3 different times and i felt the same way. that's enough for me. r-ALA is probably the best single supplement you could take, especially if you're taking dbol. at least in my opinion. oh yeah, for anyone interested, what i've been doing is taking 3-100mg r-ALA caps before or with 10mg of dbol.
