macro,
I'm 26 years old, 199lbs, and don't respond to well with carbs...get fat easily on them. I'm one of these people that have to keep carbs really low to lean out.
However, I do eat carbs in the morning and postworkout...usualy about 65g carbs in the morning, and 1/2c dextrose postworkout.
How much R-ALA would you recommend for these meals...200mg?
