I just got my first bottle of r-ALA today. I was wondering what dosage you bros would recomend. I am also taking 75 EOD of Fina, yohimburn DF, and NYC. Thanks for the help!!!

agree. though most people just go with the 1 per meal. that way you get liver benefits as well as the glucose disposal and slin reduction.

I was using 500mg ALA per 50g carbs, now I'm using 100mg r-ALA per 50g carbs.

no not a problem.. but why CKD??

with the r-ala you should be able to eat moderate carbs and get similar or better results..

yes... the whole theory behind keto is lowering of plasma insulin.. which is r-ala's primary effect (mostly through its glucose disposal effects)..
