The only people that have reported FAT GAIN are those that have use RACEMIC ALA.. though most people report fat loss with both.. if eating over maintance (due to the increase in plasma insulin.. racemic ALA may lead to greater fat deposition.. if taken through out the day..post work out should be less of an issue and perhaps quite beneficial.. at least among younger users)
if you read an article showing weight gain with r-ala.. please post the link.. because have read most of them and never seen anything of the sort.
