R-ALA 100mg or 200mg?

I have some San R-ala 100mg per capsule. I have just seen the AST R-ala which is 200mg per capsule. does this mean it is twice as good per capsule?

I only use Anafit's GLucorell R which is
100mg R+ALA
750 microgram Biotin


The AST R+ALA doesn't contain Biotin

The San doesnt have the biotin either. Cant get Glucorrell-r here in Australia. Is the Biotin a must?

Biotin is a must. Biotin is depleted by Lipoic Acid.
Neither of those companies protect or test their R+ so by the time you get it there is little chance it's still R+ Lipoic. Sans buys the R+ we test and reject. We are the world largest supplier of R+ so we get first pick on each batch made. (there is only one lab left making it)

Awesome. But how do i get it here in Australia? Can the AF store mail it to me? I think customs should be ok with this one yeah?
