QV Winny 100 or 50

I don't want to spend more but if it is a way better deal I will get the 100. I can get the QV 100 for $75-100 more than the QV 50, I seen the bottle of the 100 and it looks alot larger that the 50 bottle I just finished, is there more liquid in the 100 or is it just related to higher dosage?
