QV = quality vet, I think their intention is to make vetinary steroids. Now if you're asking if vet grade is comparable to human grade...this is a matter of opinion. Many here really like QV and the results they get from it.
It is Vet grade gear (hence much cheaper than human grade)...But remember it is made for animals...(you know the kind of people who give their dogs 300 mg per ml Deca
