I just bought some d-bol made by QV which is made in Mexico. I was wondering if this name is correct for their d-bol: Metavet? And also, I was wondering if it was any good? They are 10mg tabs.

Yes, Quality vet is the shit and it's called Metavet. Little round blue 10 mg tabs. Good stuff!

Qv is reasonable. Ref B is from Loeffler. I'd go with the QV.
