Im 6' 225 work construction and lifted the whole time I was laid off,(approximatly 4 months). I think I have a pretty good base a little to much fat but. Also im 32. Found a site hopefully legit there stacks are.

wk 1-10 250mg deca
wk4-10 20mg diana
wk 12-14 3500iu hgc

or

wk1-10 EQ 200 mg
wk2-11 250mg test e
wk13-15 3500iu HGC
nolv 2-15 20mg ed

which would be the best or do you recommend somethiong diff?
looking to gain some size.
 
Took some gear years ago when i was young and dumb. Been liftin probably 3 years on and off but tryin to get serious now.
 
At 32 your natty test is dropping but you should still have a fair amount and should respond well to 250-500mg test + deca 250 mg x 10 weeks. You might consider kick-starting with Dbol 30 mg PO QD X first 4 weeks. (Use Nolva 10mg PO QD throughout).This is what we old-timers refer to a "bread and butter" stack. Primarily for mass, it will develop full shapely muscles that sets the foundation for carving up with later cycles of winny, tren, etc.
 
Def run test though do not run deca alone. Test and Deca though is a great stack. Or simply test alone.
