Triple I to an E breast reduction.....I've never seen anything like this in my life.....and the husband is upset because their not going to be "big anymore", but he's willing to "make the sacrifice of the twins" for his wife's health! wtf!!!

i'd be asking her to get them reduced too if they were THAT big. (no, i did not turn on discovery health, i'll take your word for it). i'm not a breast man. they're hood ornaments to me...nice to look at, shine 'em up every now and then, and that's it. just as long as they look good, i'm happy. i prefer them small and perky, not the size of my damn head.

i've never seen ANYTHING like this in my life......it took 2 nurses to try and hold them up for the plastic surgeon to move the nipple.....
