Quick, somebody recommend a good tri exercise...

Need a good one. Not skulls, my elbows are sore as hell from increasing strength on them too fast. Pressdowns are in. Want another good mass exercise though, none of that shaping bullshit. Don't feel like doing close grip, but maybe. Hmmmm...
 
I would say close grip.

In the end it really doesnt matter cuz Im still going to beat you at our cycle contest. IMO, you shouldnt even bother going to the gym.
 
I simply use close grip bench and hammer strength dip machine. Allos you to use more than your bodyweight and dont have to worry about plates hanging between your legs etc.
 
Yep, I was thinking about that one, only problem is that my gym only has DB's that go up to 100 and it isn't enough.
 
My reply was for overhead extensions. Thanks guys. As for dips, I did free weight last cycle for tri's and added like 65lbs. in 7 weeks and it was killing my joints. So, that's out.

Join a real gym that has dumbbells that go past 100... geesh! ;)

I use overthehead extensions, pulldowns, skulls and well... geesh... how about doing some hammer strength until your elbows get stronger?

lying db extensions

bring the weight from the floor [next to the head one on each shoulder] keeping the elbows pointing to the ceiling and still ,extend the weight to lockout , this is a westside barbell movement promoted by louie simmons, good shit lol
 
have you tried skull crushers with cables....
i think i actually get a better pump with these
they take alot of stress off the elbows

I don't have access to a car nor is there such a gym round here, but believe me I would if I could. Hammer strength blows as well. And my elbows are plenty strong...they're just a little tender at the moment thank you ver much.

i can't work out with my dick hanging out...there's a lot of hot chics at my gym...i'd be doing my workout with a big ole boner....then i couldn't get a tricep pump because it would suckk all the blood away from the rest of my body....but the reverse-grips on the smith work great for me.....i go up to 495 for 4.....it's a great feeling
