but i need to know what to run after if anything at all, if i run clmoid do i have to do hcg too can i do just clomid?

No clomid alone will be fine...might want to add a little nolva with it just to be sure...
Clomid 10 days 100mg with 20mg nolva then 10 more days clomid 50mg ed with 10mg nolva ed

HCG will get the boys swinging fairly quick. I'd advise to run it. The Clomid will help you gain your natural testosterone levels back.

Primo is closely compared to Deca, but requires a little higher dosage to achieve the same anabolic effect.

It appears to cause less inhibition than Deca or test and it doesn't aromatize to estrogen. However, it does suppress natural test levels to a degree. So it depends on the amount of Primo you've used and and to what degree your natural test has been shutdown... I'd run the HCG in any case - it can only help!
