Was something like that or similar , just wanted a quick recap for something I am working out

Thanks you two , just for the life of me couldn't remember the exact numbers , it's just for a friend as a baseline to start working from and adjust to his personal body. And it's by far the simplest rule of thumb , will help him play with his macro ratios
