Quick Question?? Pin Length

I usually always use a 1.5 inch pin for glutes, this time my source only had 1 inch and i can't really order pins to my house...

Has anyone ever used 1 inch in their glute?

Also How hard are quad injections?

As long as you are low in BF, you'll be ok. Quads are the easiest jabs to take as you can use both hands. give them a shot!

I always do glutes. Always use 1".

1" for quads is an easy inject. I tend to use 1 1/4" but 1" will be fine. Hit your quads up with 1".
