I'm taking in 240 grams of protein, 360 grams carbs, and 75 grams of fat per day (1 tablespoon flax included in that ). if i wanna add 200-300 calories to this diet, am I better off adding 25 grams of fat (from almonds and a tablespoon of flax oil) or like 55 grams of complex carbs?
Those are my two real choices. I am in a bulking phase; I'm 19, 5'7", and 139 lbs (12% bf) . If you think that adding protein to attain this increase is MUCH better, then please say that, although it'll be much harder for me to increase my protein intake any higher. Still, if you think that protein intake is what needs a boost, then just mention that.
