Quick question for Nelson

Do you think it would be beneficial to do cardio while on a ckd. I don't do much cardio if any, and when i do I just walk anyways. Just curious if it would be beneficial to do it while in ketosis since at this point you would definitely be burning fat for fuel???
 
lol Don't be a dick. I was kinda hoping to spark a discussion about it and I know nelson is good at that. Also I just wanted his opinion. That doesn't mean I don't want other opinions as well.
 
I guess you didn't read my book. I have a 14 page chapter on why you shouldn't do cardio and another chapter on how terrible the ckd is.

So I'd say if you're hell bent on doing both, you may want some other opinions.

BTW: You do not burn fat for fuel while doing cardio. Until that concept is grasped, the arguments will continue indefinitely.
 
I don't know Nelson, I got pretty lean before doing the
'ole Bill Phillips stand by.

20 mins of high intensity cardio ED on an empty stomach in the morning. I got pretty lean without any muscle mass loss.

I'm turning into a fat ass, so I'm contemplating trying it again...
 
I know you don;t burn fat for fuel while doing cardio, but you burn fat for fuel while on ckd. So during a ckd wouldn't you be burning fat while doing cardio???? You have to be getting the fuel from somewhere right???? I read The Bodybuilding Truth but not all of the diet tips. At the point when I bought the book I was bulking and just pretty much eating whatever i wanted.
 
Muscle is a readily available source of fuel too.
