Quick Question: Cardio when bulking?

I was wondering how many days a week and how long is recommended while bulking. I know this is more suited to the person, but as a general rule what would u guys say. Does cardio hinder bulking? etc?

a lot of cardio hinders muscle gain IMO unless it is high intensity like sprinting or sled dragging/ farmer walks. just gain a lot of muscle and cut after winter

so u wouldnt recommend even a little bit of cardio to maintain?
My normal routine for cardio is treadmill running for 20 min. 5 min at 6.5, 5 at 7, 5 at 7.5, 4 at 8, 1 min walk.

for the people who do.. would u do cardio before or after ur workout? I dont have the luxury to go to the gym 2x a day so i have to do it all at once.

I would just switch it to maybe 100m sprints start off with 4. rest only the time it takes to walk 100m, and then perfomr another sprint, if you can do more than 5 at all out intensity and not puke/pass out then you are doing pretty good.

whats the idea behind sprints rather than running a distance?

Sprints are more anabolic than long timed cardio, since it works under a shorter duration it utilizes anaerobic pathway, and will provide stimulus for good growth. Look at Sprinters bodies compared to runners

It depends on your body type too... I don't do ANY cardio at ALL when bulking... and just cut carbs, and I'm ripped... (although I've never been over 10% bf).

I'm one of those "fart and burn 500 cals" kinda guys though... :)
