Quick question about HCG & NOLVA PCT

Im hearing good about this

1,000 IU's HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for a total of 3 weeks. Then, discontinue HCG and continue with 20 mgs Nolavdex ED for an additional 2-3 weeks.

The Nolvadex ED are they talking about 20 mgs every mon/wed/fri? or everyday?

but i know not of these answers that you seek

but some areas in australia are not a warm climate and dont reach high temperatures and thats why we have pale chicks, but where i live all chicks except the red heads are tanned. but red heads dont tan anyway.

i did and it didnt

infact that was the board where i got it from but nowhere does it say when to take the Nolvadex

^^^This is Dr.JMW's PCT cycle......and yes we tend to like it!

Nolvadex @ 20MG ed.........EVERY DAY, not 3 times per week........EVERY FUckING DAY!

Other than that, the cycle is self explanatory.
