quick question about formastanozol.

Just got my order in and started using it today, but I had a quick question. After rubbing it on, how long do I need to wait before I can take a bath/shower?

Ideally, you should use it after you shower. Since it's transdermal though, 30 minutes would be safe.

I have heard you should wait 6 hours before showering/bathing/swimming.
I am no expert though, only seen it posted.

I would wait a bit or after you shower its easier and seems to make for a cleaner surface for application

I think the best way to use it would be - shower in the morning then put it on once you are dry. Wait until it has dried on your skin to put on a shirt. Then just leave it all day. At night, at least rince off in the shower (doesnt have to be a full shower wash if you dont want, just rince off the dirt and sweat from the day). Wait until your skin is dry again and put it on.

Basically clean dry, skin to put it on. Dry forma to put on a shirt.

This is 100% ideal. BTW, Forma will be dry in 15 seconds, so no big wait in that department.
