Theres a guy who sells fina.. 75mg/ml x 20ml.. does that mean there is only 20 shots for this?

It means that he is selling a jug that contains 20ml and each ml contains 75mg of tren. The starting dose is usually 75mg/eod and for more advanced users usually go 75mg/ed. So to answer your question, basically that would be 20x 75mg doses (injections).
