Hi, I'm currently in pct after my second cycle. I'm 6'1 200lbs 19-20%bf. I'm not happy with my amount of bodyfat, I was planning on waiting until February to start cutting an use a low dose of gear to help keep my size. My question is when I stop pct could I use clen, eca stack and novedex xt to cut bodyfat without losing too much muscle or would I b better off waiting to February an use low dose of gear. Thanks in advance for any help

at that bf i would not use clen at all.. just clean up your diet and do a bit of light cardio daily.

couple that with good training and a high protein diet and you should be able to cut to 10% no problem.

if you have problems with diet/training or cardio post that up

id be more worried about a heart attack or some serious health problems

at 20% clen wont do anything that a good diet and cardio wont do.. it wont speed up the process much at all and is just a big health risk.

get down to 10% naturally. you will learn a lot in the process and that will be well worth it.

Ok I've decided I'm going to start November 21st and use novedex xt and an eca stack. I was just wondering if anyone would advise using Yohimbine too? If so what dose?

if you want to lose that much fat you are gonna lose muscle too. there isn't a magic formula.

make sure once you get down you don't cheat and stick to a strict diet.

clen is not better than doing a mile of cardio a day... been there, dont that. cardio is healthy, clen is not

i would not use any of those products and instead spend money on good food and protein. maybe some good walking or running shoes.. thats it.. thos products will do very litte to burn more fat... you are better off investing in something that will let you hold onto more muscle

I was thinking the novedex xt would help hold onto muscle. Should I just wait a while and use low dose of gear to cut? I want to try hold onto as much muscle as possible

Listen to this man. Cardio and a proper diet will benefit you with knowledge and works 100% every time.

look at 20% your body will be in no rush to eat up muscle.
combine that with a steady stream of good protein around the clock
add in SANE cardio and you can easily cut while holding onto all your muscle

spend the money on good protein and a cooler to carry good food around with you

ya eat better, limit your carbs near bed time, drink at least a gallon of water a day. Try to do some cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach than immediatly follow with a protein shake than breakfast. If you do it slowly and eat right, you shouldnt really lose much muscle
