Ok one of my favorite things to eat in which I get alot of protein from is my protein pancakes I eat, For you guys that have been around awhile you have probably heard me talk about them alot.Well I just like it better than shakes.But now I use Whey protein to make these.And I almost always make a nice big batch of these panckes and scarf them down before bed.But I hear alot about Whey protein being fast acting and not really suitable to be taken before bed.So my question is If I was to by a seperate protein powder to mix up into my panckes before bed what kind would be best suited to help me while I sleep thanks guys
