Quick PCT cycle question...

I have both Clomid and Nolvadex and I was wondering if I should do something like this...

Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg

I'm 190 and I just got off a test e + dbol cycle. So I will be starting it 2 weeks after last injection.
