PinkPanther

I have just realized that one of my little devil kitties has been peeing on my carpet in one spot. Anyone have a good cat urine stain remover? I pray to god that once I get that stain cleared up the peeing on the carpet stops!!!

Thanks to all!!

My cat used to piss in my dryer when it was full of clothes and I was dumb enough to leave the door open. She mainly did this in retaliation for me not cleaning the litterbox out enough. So I was forced to go buy the self-cleaning litterbox, which has pretty much kept my clothes urine-free.

Brandon posted the magic formula. I wonder if that works for cat hurl as well.

Yeah, I think that this may have started because I was out of town for the weekend and their litterboxes were both really nasty. I guess I have to be better about cleaning them, especially when I am going to be gone. Maybe I should think about the self-cleaning litterbox...aren't they like $100??

cat urine goes through to the pad and below, dog urine doesn't
if he's been going in the same spot over and over, the carpet and pad are in bad shape

Well, I don't know how many times he/she (don't know which is doing it) has peed in that spot. I just want to get the odor out to stop them from conituing. I move out of my apartment in like two weeks, so I just basically want the smell out and them to stop before I get the carpets professionally cleaned!!

You can get a refurbished one on ebay for $80 shipped. Get the Littermaid LM600. It's so worth it. No more scooping and pissed off cats. All you have to do is put litter in it like once a week and empty the container full of cacas when it gets full(frequency depends on how many cats you have).

1.) Kill the cat.

2.) Pull up the carpet AND padding.

3.) Replace with new carpet/padding.

4.) Replace cat with reliable, intelligent dog.
